Mr. Raymond So is a seasoned investment banking professional. He has worked in the capital markets area since mid-1990s in the UK and HK. During the period, Ray held the positions as the Head of Convertible Bond desk at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Nomura, and ING, managing trading, sales, research, and issuance at various times. Ray started his career with Deutsche Bank as a derivatives trader. He has extensive cash and derivatives products knowledge. Ray has been the trainer for Treasury Markets Association (TMA) in Treasury Products and Risk Management for ten years, he also teaches at local universities.

Ray completed a Bachelor and a Masters degrees from the Columbia University, New York. He also holds a Master of Education, specializing in Career Education and Counselling, from HKU.

Dr. O M Chan is a veteran professional accountant with more than 30 years of hands-on experience. He stayed with his last employment for 24 years as CFO in a renowned sizable high fashion group of department stores and retail chains. He is the follew member of ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA, HKICPA, and CPA Aus. He received a doctorate degree of DBA from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. In addition,  he also possesses 6 degrees granted by local and overseas universities  in the fields of laws, IT, business management, and innovations.

Tim Hui is a distinguished commercial banking professional with over two decades of experience in relationship lending, cross border financing, ESG finance and other financial product. His approach is grounded in hands-on banking expertise, with a proven track record in relationship management, credit management, and strategic cross-selling skills—the essential pillars of commercial banking. This experience grants him an authentic perspective on what it takes to build trust, communicate value, and navigate complex financial conversations. He translates these very skills into practical training for my clients, moving from theory to proven practice.

With over 100 training sessions delivered to professionals across all levels, he has honed a veteran-level ability to merge real-world experience with adult learning methodologies, empowering teams and clients alike. Known for his leadership and expertise, Tim has held pivotal roles at Hang Seng Bank, culminating in his position as Managing Director and Head of Global Trade Solutions, where he oversaw a portfolio exceeding HKD50 billion asset and lead a team with over 300 professionals in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Macau.

​Aside from Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) attained in 2007, Associate Green Finance Professional (AGFP) certified by HKIB and Certified ESG Planner CEP® certified by ICSD. Tim holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Edmund is the Council Member, Chairperson of the Talent Cultivation Committee, and Executive Member of the Smart City Academy, in the Smart City Consortium, with expertise in data and analytics and consulting digital transformation for corporations, building data and analytics leadership, culture and infrastructure, specialised in the areas of Workforce Analytics and Technologies, Operations Analytics and Marketing Analytics, and upskilling/reskilling employee skillsets ready for data-driven decision making with machine learning and AI. He has been heavily involved in training up banking and finance employees in facing challenges posed by the latest development of FinTech, InsurTech and GreenTech. Besides being a Certified Associate Coach, he holds 2 master degrees from HK and UK, with AI, data and analytics education from Nvidia, Wharton and IBM.
