Selina Kam

Selina Kam, has been delivering innovative, creative programs to corporates since 2001. She has trained and coached more than 43000 leaders and executives from over 60 organizations in Asia-Pacific.

Public Programs and Talks

She currently leads several public workshops e.g. Managing the Training Function, Customer Experience, Train the Trainer, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Time Management for HKMA. She also delivered public talks for HK General Chamber of Commerce on Talent Engagement, Creative Problem Solving, Performance Management, Talent Management and Success Planning for Federation of Hong Kong Industries on Crisis Management for HK Retail Management, and for Asia Pacific Professional Managers Associations on Retail trends and strategies.

She has been interviewed by South China Morning Post and Oriental Daily on the latest trend in Customer Service and building positive Customer Experience. She was also interviewed by HK Economic Times on HR issues e.g. engaging young generations.


As a seasoned Learning and Development professional, Selina received the Distinguish Trainer’s Award of Hong Kong Management Association in 2007. In addition, she was the program manager of “Regional Graduate Development Programme” in 2009 which won the HKMA Citation for Career Development Award.

Talent Management and Succession Planning, HR

She has been responsible for the ASP talent development programmes and she was the part-time lecturer of Hong Kong Management Association on Building a Learning Organization, Developing Talents and Succession Planning Executive Diploma, HR Management Professional Diploma from 2013 to 2019.

Leadership and People Management Programs

She also developed various Leadership, Management, Sales & Service for HSBC executives in Asia Pacific region from 2001 to 2009. In recognition of her expertise, Bank of Communications, invited her to mentor and develop their trainers in China.

Competency Development, Coaching, Culture and Team Building, New Generations

Selina expanded her expertise to competency development, coaching, on-site training, change management and culture building, when she headed the Learning and Development department of a listed company with business in HK, Macau and China. In order to help corporates to cope with HR challenges, she also designed public and in-house workshops on engaging Gen Y (80’s), Gen Z (90’s) and facilitated forum on Communicating with different generations! Besides, she has tremendous experience of focus group facilitation, organizing team building event for corporations.

Financial Planning and Investment

From 2001 to 2004, she developed various investment services and the 1st Financial Planning workshop for HSBC ASP executives.

Currently, she provides learning and people development consultancy services to a wide spectrum of clients from varies industries in HK and China e.g. HKSAR Government, Hospitals, FMCG, Food and Beverage, Catering, Banking, Insurance, IFA (Independent Financial Advisory), Utilities, Aviation, Properties, Chemicals, Research, Electronics & Home Appliances, University, NGO, Exhibition, Headhunting and Recruitment, etc.
